Fantastic choice at most supermarkets now,though still the best value and winner in our blind tasting last year is the 0.42¢ 7.2% double malt from my local supermarket in Spain. The karmaleit triple is a fab beer, I indulged and have one in the fridge for tomorrow, if and only if I beat my Kom on the local berg, and leffe blonde on tap is a wonderful beer. We often stop at the bar on the previous village on the way home, one 8 kms from home so I can indulge.

I don't know it, but there are some really good beers from Spain. That said, though ridiculously expensive, add a bottle of Rochefort 8,my first tonight, to your next order. Sublime.

Probably been asked a thousand times but im thinking of doing some of the Bkool workouts while forced to stay home. Has anyone used these to get fitter?
A friend bought me one of those and I had it last week, very good, even out of a beer mug from Greece. (which he also gave me - so had to make it into the whatsapp image).👍

I've done a couple of the steady z1 and 2 rides. Quite good really. Bit of a challenge to keep in the cadence and power but still a good workout.

Just done the 20 min FTP, how long before it updates my zones because they are currently way above what I can do.
