Warm up starts at 5pm - Join in from the 'LIVE' tab only - do not start a league session yourself.
In Gear Time Trial - 10 mile

If you cant find it under 'LIVE' do a filter search for 'In Gear'. Race starts at the end of the 10 minute warm up at 5.10pm - every man for himself - no handicaps!

@BillS apologies for taking so long but I have logged a 2 minute dummy ride for Ovaro Zoncalon that I did last weekend under the wrong tab..........I've also completed Pola Lena this morning under the league tab this time

No need to apologize Tommy - I find it hard to fit in the Saturday ride myself a lot of the time.
