Speaking of on/offing, it seems that good drafting can be just as lethal but much tougher to do.
But the speed is still way out though. For a group of 3-4 riders at our level working well together, I would expect something like 40-42 kph In (24.85 - 26 mph) in the real world.

Pleased to report that purple has a considerably more pleasant taste and texture to green

New user here and loving Bkool - much more variation that Zwift. I had a crack at the Tin Can Ten mile yesterday and managed 31.30 - great undulating course really keeps you on your toes.

I have also requested to join the Chain Gang and Handicap groups, Bkool name is Harry Turnbull.

Did Geoff make a recording of the race?

Sorry, I missed that ride. Sounds like I missed a good one, I would like to see a recording...

If you have Windows 10 the simplest way to record it is to just hit Win btn + G while you have BSim running.
Otherwise OBS (https://obsproject.com/) looks like a good freeware product.
Geoff, what do you use?

Yep, that's what I do. In the past I've tried a number of other techniques but the software was always flakey and the files were generally huge. I used to restort to pointing a iphone at the screen, but the WIndows 10 Game Recorder is much neater and easier.

I do have to try and track the action, which can be difficult as the Bkool sim doesn't make it easy to track 20+ riders and see where riders are close together. I've found using a second Bkool sim logged in using my wife's bkool account allows me to flip between riders to find battles, then I can switch the recording to those riders.

It would be nice if the spectator mode had a "follow the action" mode, but I don't suppose it is a priority to improve the spectating!

Yeah, our 50 km/h or so is a bit on the fast side or we'd need a decent tail wind. I guess bkool choose to have the speed reading high as they make the untrue assumption that it'll make their customers happier.

In the ranking list for last nights ride why am I the only one not to show membership of the CycleChat Chain Gang Group?
Not that it matters much, the ride was good fun, but I wonder if I should be joining somewhere else.
