hi guys just got the bkool trainer any tips on using it as just had a quick look via the tab and there's only things in the live tab and latest videos tried to join the cycle chat group x3 via pc sent a request but cant see them on the simulator any tips or advice appreciated

Assuming you are robt on bkool I have accepted your application to join the cyclechat group, although there are no leagues being run during the summer months.

To get anything else to show up on the simulator you need to schedule it in the web site first, then it will appear in your programmed tab.

Have you activated your premium membership?

Robt. You are also now in the cycle chat mountain goats but again, no leagues at the moment. This will change though, when the weather cools down.

Hey, I've gotten myself into trouble before by agreeing to suggestions by my bkool friends.
And I'm only just recovered from the last one!!

My first proper bkool ride in a while today. Depressing to drop to amateur 4 from active 3 it wasn't the legs but the heat an d the sweating and being unable to catch my breath and breathe! Doesn't bode well for the Alps in 3 weeks.

You'll be fine. Performing well on the bkool in the heat is not really possible. In the Alps should be a lot easier.

Just got home from sun and mountains and perfect morning rides on Mallorca. Back home to BKool weather, 13 degrees C, raining and 17 m/s wind . Joining tonights Bkool race and will be pedaling extra hard in protest

Seems that now i have connected my Strava acct with my Bkool acct ALL my rides into work and to the shops are being "approved" and showing up! There must be a way to link and stop that happening?? Otherwise every pootle to the shops for chocolate milk is going to show and be rideable

Do you think you have what it takes to beat him? Don't forget to join this challenge, we're holding it on Thursday 9th July at 18:30h GMT+2 in the route "Casas del Río - Cofrentes".

Remember that you can join the challenge from the LIVE section in the simulator. The route will be there from 18.30h GMT+2 and there will be 10 minute warm-up allowing all the users to enter the event. In the case you don't find the route, press the refresh button on your screen.
