That's my plan. I figure I'll be on the wrong side of 50 by the time I undo the last 6+ years of no exercise, bad eating and such.If you can put in the time, ignore the pain and push yourself to exhaustion 4 or 5 times a week.... Then it is easy![]()
My body certainly doesn't respond as quickly as it used to. But I'm also in a much better position to carry forward with training through the winter than I've been in the past. The short term goal is the start next spring where I am today or better conditioning-wise. Even in my best years, I never did that over the long cold snowy winter here in Utah.




Trying to multiple things at once here and as I am male I should only be capable of doing one thing at a time so I am told frequently!
