Hard luck - very annoying. Only happened to me once and luckily for me it did keep track of the ride and eventually logged back in and saved it - you've clearly not been so lucky

I tried to capture examples of both drafting and descending to see if the watts/speed, etc. showed anything interesting.

It certainly seemed like quite a spread of speeds at the same gradient down the steep hill. I went through the pack trying to show the speed at the same point on the descent.

Hard to see how much difference the drafting made to the power!

Sorry if this is an odd question but was I in that session? I couldn't see anyone else on the road apart from 'ste' but others seems to keep on joining and leaving at various points. I guess this was down to my connection? Could anyone see / pass me? Bit confused

It didn't feel like drafting had any significant difference. I battled with Steven and Goldie for some part. Nice to be in the thick of it. Who put 10% on the hill, cadence dropped to 50 rpm. I think I will need a 32T on the cassette
Edit ....my top speed recorded 46.7mph
Good ride everyone

I think I recall seeing the mesage that you were signing in and out so I guess its a connection issue at your end. You on Wifi?

I saw you coming in and out, and I think I caught you briefly on the Video.

I guessed you were having terrible connection problems, as were quite a few others. You can see pop notifications on the video showing people leaving then immediately rejoining,

I am fecked!
Bill, when you shot off for the last time you were literally next to me 1 second and then you weren't there and then suddenly up the road and 11secs in front. You must have put down some amazing power. That broke me given I was pretty much on the limit. Sorry I couldn't hold on for the finish. Back to sewing...^_^
LB:notworthy:

I'm fecked too Bob. That last time I shot off, lets call it an ahem... "slingshot" that you appear to have missed out on. Up until that point there was no getting away from you and I was near to giving up. You just seemed to have an answer for every move I made. Then on that last hill before the end the resistance didn't seem quite as high as I would've expected so I cruised in while keeping a very close eye on what you were doing behind me.

Ah ok cool thanks guys. It was kinda dark and lonely out there tonight. Felt like I was in some kind of parallel universe.... I've gotta sort my connection out for the next session. I fully expect you guys to leave me for dust from the get go but it'd be nice to see it happening!
