Apologies to all those looking at their handicaps and expecting a lonely ride at the back, hopefully you can all keep each other company!

This is the first real run at this stage and as before it will take a go or two to tune the handicaps.

The good news is that any estimated or out of date time I have used for an initial handicap can be replaced if the run today is significantly different...

I was making about 370 average when I did this ride, I have been more like 270 lately. You will have to be taking it very easy for me to worry you.

I would like to point out that my performance tonight will not be me being crap it will instead be me being gentle with GuySJ
