how do u the velodrome cos all I can see is the games
On bkool website go to sessions and click the Velodrome tab (not the velodrome submenu). A velodrome session should appear under setup
Enter e.g. TIME = 60 minutes and click on the velodrome image to schedule.
If you wish to have it handy in the future, then go to your scheduled sessions, find the velodrome session and click the star to add it to your favorites.

So if I just call that Goat run yesterday, warmup, I should be ok?
That goat run was a warm up for tonight - that's why I was taking it so easy

I've been reading through the responses about warm ups that different people
have put on here since my post yesterday, Im glad so many comments have been
made about warming up cos I didn't realise how badly things can go wrong, I took
a lot of notice of the responses, especially Geoff's and I now realise how important
a proper warm up or lack of one can make things turn from good to bad really quickly.

Time is my biggest issue! With 2 young kids, and a young, beautiful trophy wife, time is a valuable commodity.
It is usually a mad panic, with shorts at half mast and one shoe missing, by the time I leap aboard my bike.
Warm up is an illusive concept, that I need to start making time for.
You don't need a warm up with that stand up performance yesterday

Can an admin please accept Camlo into the Chaingang league? Camlo is my wife. I won't be permitting her to post in here, as she will see the web of lies I sow and expose me for what I am!

Edit:- apparently, she WILL be posting in here, and has every intention of exposing me for what I am! Which in her words, is, "a plonker!"

Huge dilemma, do I scoff this but of gammon now and risk dying because of indigestion or do I leave it until I get back in and risk the dog having eaten it?

Wasn't a huge dilemma to be honest...munch......munch.....munch
