'Twas thinking I might take a go with ghosts from the white team this weekend. I didn't see who the 3rd rider was that passed over the finish line or how far back they were from #2, so no clue if I'd be able to improve the team's time in any real way.

Alternately, I could try to stay with Insomnia & Monte's ghosts and see if they could pull me up the hills.
My self and @Whorty pretty much crossed the line together for 3rd in the white team!
When you thinking of having a bash we can see if the white team can get together again? @Goldwolfie @bazzer99 @Whorty? You about

Even with the extenders extended, AKA stabilizers (or granny bars)

Plus I did notice from the Sky 'Black Team' picture earlier on they find the KIKR so unstable they have to leave their bikes on them to stop them falling over!

My centre of gravity is a bit higher than you racing snakes. Problem i have a smooth tile floor and no mat, so that dammed turbo just wants to walk around the room, I expect to cycling with the Yukka plant in the corner sometime soon

EDIT: In seconds:
Stage 1: Me at 00.0 Bill at 15.4 Lars at 16.9
Stage 2: Me at 15.8 Bill at 28.8 Lars at 00.0
Bonus1: Me at 12.1 Bill at 00.0 Lars at 18.5
Standing Me at 00.0 Bill at 16.3 Lars at 7.9

Bill, I redid the bonus sprint.
I challenged myself so as not to get depressed at getting left behind but I still got your ghost from your first run.
Despite me pulling an unrealistic 2800 watts to your 1099 at the start you still peaked at 81 kph on the first climb to my 74.
I absolutely hammered the part of the first climb and then you came past me so I almost canned it but then I realised it was me coming past me and not you so I regained my composure and dug in.
Managed to top your first ride but not your second but I was using the Classic.
Well done.
7.5 watt/kg for more than 6 minutes...those numbers are off the chart.

Btw, I forgot to thank you for your suggestion about my "half-speed" problem, but I don't fancy taking anything apart while it's still under warranty.

Team white, I've just taken the mick out of @bazzer99, in the office, for abandoning you all.

I can't promise he'll do any better next time, but practice makes perfect.....
Yeah. Cut it out. I'm new to this

Watching the video Geoff recorded, with 3 miles to go 'Team not so Red' had ~30secs lead on team blue. It was the last longer hill where they clawed back time, cresting just 8-10secs behind us. If you look at the heart rates of team Red/Blue for the last section, they are all rapidly rising as we put down as much power to keep others behind/ chasing down. TTT certainly adds an interesting dynamic, just don't want to let the other team members down, so try harder.

You're right - check out my HR (the blue line) shooting up at the end as the red team came into view - it's a good job for my health that the finish line came when it did!

he was our pacemaker and we couldn't keep the pace,

Bert, I take it you set off after Bazzer to have a word in his shell like.

After giving up on that ploy, did you then ease back to allow Whorty and myself to close up, for the benefit of the team?

I think with a bit of fine tuning we are good to go again, and retain our crown - unless Geoff knoebels us.

I am sad that I missed the fun last night . I'm not sure what I would have given to a team other than being a lead weight .

Team White: Wow, just Wow. :wahhey:

Teams Not Red and Blue: :boxing::boxing::boxing::boxing:. I wish I could have watched that live.

Team Green: :notworthy:, insomnia and Monte. You deserved to triumph due to adversity. :bravo:.

I hope I can join in next week :mrpig:
