Not me Bill. Real life ride today, legs fine, well knee sore but bloody hell, I forgot real life rides take a toll on an old mans back, shoulders arms and neck. I need to do some stretching and exercises. Will look in.

ha ha, no probs. Does really highlight the pre and post changes to the firmware - I was sweating my big fat @ss up the 10% at 8 kph and superman was bombing up at 60kph
Bill, I deliberately rode well within my limits, just interested in a little bit of distance. But I feel like I have just had an induction at a gym. And there's Randy saying it gets worse! No wonder AAAC has swapped isotonic drinks for red wine. I for one cannot wait for him to get his red wine league going
