Not me Bill. Real life ride today, legs fine, well knee sore but bloody hell, I forgot real life rides take a toll on an old mans back, shoulders arms and neck. I need to do some stretching and exercises. Will look in.

No one joined in the warm-up so I gave up after 5 minutes into the ride. I was relieved in a way as I didn't fancy doing that again, and no way would I beat my Thursday time.
Bob I know how you feel about all those aches and pains, being the same age as you.

I might have a second go tomorrow - too stiff today after yesterday's attempt.

Crashed out half up the d huez. Too much food kickr resistance and can no longer use 39t front to keep cadence high enough:sad:

If you were practicing for @AAAC 76C 's new league then you need to be downing the bottle of wine too. Are you going to need a different cassette to manage the steeper rides?

BTW AAAC. I hope you are going to put in a Stage 5 time.

Wait until you're my age. It only gets worse.

Sorry @Whorty but I did say I still had the superpowers . However that was attempt 4 (3 today) and I've probably done that course twice now in distance, but only have one session that has been uploaded due to pc/sw issues :cursing::banghead:.

@BILL S thanks for the encouragement . But I am now :boxing::B).

But it is done now :wahhey::unsure:.

Bill, I deliberately rode well within my limits, just interested in a little bit of distance. But I feel like I have just had an induction at a gym. And there's Randy saying it gets worse! No wonder AAAC has swapped isotonic drinks for red wine. I for one cannot wait for him to get his red wine league going

ha ha, no probs. Does really highlight the pre and post changes to the firmware - I was sweating my big fat @ss up the 10% at 8 kph and superman was bombing up at 60kph  The update really has put me in my place and the hills do feel like hills now :surrender:

Actually Sloe Gin mixes nicely with SIS Go Hydro Berry if you run out of wine. Plus it pre-hyrdrates you as you drink.

Did Stage 5 today. I was late because I went to the flics with her in doors to watch something I won't mention, with no kids.
I think I definitely need a new turbo to mix wit you guys now.

I took some picture by pressing C but I don't know where they get stored

I'll take that superman option up anything over 10%, if I can, after suffering on the 5-6%ers where my trainer is at max for me, after you and everyone else goes by me :bicycle::cry:. I will get down to a lower weight to make the most of my feeble power output .
