I had a plan after studying Kipster's ride. I knew if I could stay in the front bunch over the first 3 miles I could do well. I felt great and was able to keep onto top of the gear and up the cadence for the bumps. I'm surprised as much as you lot. I did not expect to ride away from you Paul. Silly Watts, shame it wasn't 30 mins, I could of had a new level.

I did Richmond Park and a few laps round the drome, both saved. I was well into the stage and had reached the bottom of the big hill and was climbing the following rise when the pc crashed . I didn't really want to or need to, but a new pc will be wending its way to me over the next week or so

Absolutely typical... 2 mins before the start my internet dropped out, managed to reconnect and re-join the group only to absolutely cock up the start, wasted loads of time stuck on the start line. The only week I had a chance to try and tuck into the group and I mess up the start.

Good ride everyone, I pushed as hard as I could, heart rate over 180 again
