I sincerely hope you boys get up the hills ahead of me if you’re racing. Because if you’re behind someone who is going out of their way not to race, and stopping to take photos, it might be a little embarrassing for you ^_^

All this talk of long rides makes me exhausted just reading! I managed a 2 1/4 hour ride on the trainer earlier today and was shattered just doing that, although on an empty stomach and without stopping!

My question is, what sort of things should I do to train for longer rides? I've always been a 20 mile thrasher in the past!
