You just did enough on the last climb to stop me catching you
Yeah it was really close up and down that last hill, also I was worried about MicroKid on the descent so just maxxed it out at the top of the climb and tried to hold on. The three of us traded places a lot in that race, really good fun - easy to say now I can breathe normally again.

I should have added my holiday weight to my avatar for the last descent

Well tonight's ride was more painful than my trip to the dentist this afternoon for 3 fillings.

At least my times will be an incentive for everyone to complete all stages, as I take it non competitors take my time + an extra 'bonus'.

I could become a tactical weapon, as long as AAC and Bill manage to complete their.

Yes that was very hard. I could see Brusguarrd catching me so has to try to dig in. I tried to stay with Ian for as long as I could, but my legs felt very heavy today.
And I thought it would be a good idea to do a velodrome cool down. Probably not a good idea as I joined a 40km with loads of other riders. Needless to say it didn't end up being a cool down:wacko:

Ian is riding on a Bkool Go, so you would be hard pressed to beat him on any climb, as it only simulates 8% as opposed to the Pro’s 20% (more like 12-15% in reality I think) for a 70kg rider. The Tacx NEO (1/2/2T) simulates 25% for a 70 kg rider.

Like promised I did the last stage of the November league on both the NEO and my Pro. I was about 1-2 minutes behind my NEO ghost before the last climb when on the Pro. However, due to the lower resistance, of the Pro, I was able to keep a much higher cadence and catch my ghost and beat it by 30 seconds or more on those last few kms.
