That's the first time in a long time that I've just collapsed straight of the turbo and onto the ground to recover hardly able to breath. Hopefully quicker than Thursday but heart rate much lower so probably not. Good ride @Brusgaard. I thought you were just going to hold me at 10s behind you until the race ended but you threw in the towel just before I did.

Hoped to get all the races done today but the jet lag (a week of "socialising" 🍻🍻🍻) has taken it's toll so just a couple today , will try the others tomorrow with an aim of finding 40mins for team big boys!!

From Kingston on the Hull towards Scarborough I rode on a very flat trail on an old railroad right of way. Very easy and cool with old platforms still there.
