I can’t help think that some sellers on eBay and other marketplace sources (including here) think buyers are stupid. The number of times a product is described as ‘fantastic condition’ or similar when clearly it isn’t nearly anywhere as stated, beggars belief. AND they list it at a daft price.
I would never trust a purchase where clearly the seller is dishonest right from the offset.
Why do people do it?
(I don’t want to include examples for fear of inadvertently bulldust-shaming without reason. I can after all choose not to make a purchase, but others might not be as savvy )
