Do any of you think this hat has a purple tint to it? A friend I posted the link to says it's just the camera angle. I see purple when I look very closely at my phone screen.🤔

colour can be tricky to render accurately, dye characteristics, original lighting, texture, sensor accuracy, colour system, display accuracy, colour profiles/management, viewer's ambient lighting, the viewer's eyes, all play a part

fwiw it looks blue to me, like deep blue ink (i do have a calibrated screen)

website says it's 'electric blue', there's no one definition of that, but as described it shouldn't be purple, i'd think you'll see it as deep blue in the flesh

I nearly spat my tea out, till I realised the price shown was in Thai Baht. Now downgraded to a WTF.

PS - The hat......could definitely see Prince wearing that, if he wasn't already brown bread. So yeah, purple according to my peepers.

Yes, I still see purple! I think I'll buy it!😉

Following on from that Hilditch & Key £1,995 tan, suede leather jacket, look at the price of their cords!😯

£295 for corduroy trousers, that aren't fully described, as in ounch weight per square yard, or wale size, unlike Cordings do. Looking at them closely they look a very fine wale, usually meaning a thinner material than the 'hefty' Cordings 8 wale, 17 ounce ones I have in quite a few pairs. For £295 I could buy 2 pairs of Cordings cords and still have 45 quid to spare! 🧐
