The tight jeans was motivation enough for me. I set myself a challenge to ride at least 20km per day for the first 20 days of 2020.
Up to now I have ridden 465km and have lost 2.4kg.
But you need to get up and do something and you need to start doing it today. Set yourself a goal and stick to it.

I mostly work at home so go out at lunchtime if able, 8-10 miles done and no need to ride in dark/cold/rush hour traffic. That's a perfectly decent ride for me
