I pass over the bridge that the photograph was taken from every working day
Unless, I ride through the woods/along the river bank, which the line can be seen going along in the background

There's also been an announcement today of £1.8BN for extending the line from Pelaw down through Washington to South Hylton. This is a view of the overgrown trackbed coming down from Pelaw, taken on an early March ride along the Bowes Railway path.
