All jobs (nearly) done. Dark wash is drying so will need folding/hanging/stuffing in drawers.
Lunch, I think, will be curry (from a can), rice and chips.
Just enjoying a cordial drink while watching women's golf.

Just started watching a TV series " Stick " about an ex pro golfer mentoring a youngster. Reminded me a bit of the Ted Lasso setup, but golf instead of football.

Locally we have Ralph's Wife's Lane.

Ralph was either a fisherman or smuggler who vanished at sea. His wife's ghost still walks the lane swinging a lamp to guide him home.

Yep. A clear leader.
Another in 2nd place.
A Chinese in equal 4th.

Maybe they should put a tarrif on them like Trump does.

My curry was nice, considering it was a can of Aldis cheapest. A bit mild for me (my fault for picking up wrong can) but plenty of chicken in it.

Mrs P likes Koppaberg alcohol free cider. I was despatched to Sainsbury's to buy some.

At the self-service check out I had to wait 4-5 minutes for someone to arrive to do the age verification.

Been watching Kin on Netflix.

Very good and better than the tepid dramas on BBC and even more so on ITV - both of which we have forsaken.

Stars Clare Dunn who, as usual, is very good.

Not overly violent, a bit sweary though.
