@welsh dragon, were you disturbed by a "low rumble" and the earth moving just before midnight last night?

Bit of a personal question isn't it? ;)

^_^Well what is iplayer for ??

It allows you to watch most programmes when YOU want to in addition to the benefits Mo outlined.

You can also pause programmes which is very useful.

Another big benefit is that you, should you not be massively disciplined, ONLY what you want to watch eg no more watching junk content between 2 programmes you do want to watch but for some reason you can't quite seem to be able to turn the TV off.^_^

Haven't watched terrestrial TV for over 2 years now.

Have you never used any of the various Players?

No.
I have Virgin and thought it was another way of saying playback.
So if I go to playback and key in "gold" then it will give me the last 2 episodes.
Stupid question but how do I get iplayer?

Beavers are amazing engineers, there was an article I saw recently about a town with a flooding problem, since they introduced beavers nearby the problem has stopped, the three dams the beavers have built have smoothed out the flow of water off the nearby moor.
Good spot, it was Pickering in North Yorkshire, one of the areas we were considering relocating to originally. I used to flood quite regularly, maybe every 3-5 years but due to some flood prevention work and the beavers, nothing since I believe 2012.

Well - finally got my bike back from the LBS
He commented that they did nearly 5 miles just testing it to find what was causing it to rattle and make scrapping noises
apparently 'everything' was loose
which is strange as
a) he serviced it about 6 months ago and it has only done a hundred or so miles since
b) everything I tried to tighted - i.e. everything which uses a screwdriver or allen key - seem tight

He did need to swap the front brake pads as I have damaged one of them by over enthusiastic insertion of the brake disc but over all he didn;t charge me much
but then why was so much stuff loose??
but if there was another ebike capable LBS around I might try them out but he is the only one I can find - except Halfords
