I dozed off while trapped, have just worken up. My boy is still there, although when he saw me open my eyes his tail started wagging.

I am pottering.

We have had beans on toast.

Not sure what to chomp on. I have ham slices that must be eaten so cheese and ham toasty seems logical.

Double sockets with USB charging points installed in both of our guest bedrooms.
Will make things easier if they forget to bring a phone charger with them.
Awaiting delivery of my spy cam - should be here anytime soon. Can't wait to set it up and see what it can do. It's got night vision and pan & zoom - all watchable from my phone.

i bought Eufy S330 but I haven't fitted it yet , what did you get ?

Mrs Tkk's dissertation has been despatched and I'm under strict instructions to intervene to dissuade her should she decide to do more at some future date.In other news Mrs Tkk bought me some Bone conduction earphones for Christmas. they're made by a company called " Shokz " and they are uncannily good and also light as a feather. So much so that I forget I'm wearing them and go wandering around the house until I hear a beep and a lady with an American accent announces " connected🤔

I can hear a digger in the distance. Its the farmer trying to repair the damage caused by the flooding a couple of weeks ago when the stream burst its bank's. I think some work he did a couple of years ago resulted in the stream lower down overflowing and made it flow into someone's garden just down the road. They were not happy bunnies.

I can understand taking a break, but deleting your account seems a bit terminal.

True . Not that I’ve ever gone of in a huff from a forum and the rejoined with another username 😀.( not this one it was a sailing one , in the end the forum died as a couple of the posters were just so divisive , no one posted. )

But with Dave r I cannot see anything we or even the wider forum have done to upset him .
So hopefully he will come back when he feels the time is right 😀

My old Sony headphones foam pads crumbled away so I ordered a new pair from JL not knowing that MrsTkk had got me the Shockz. The new headphones were a bit uncomfortable as they felt a bit tight. I ended up trying to stretch them on a light that I
made up from various bits.

I have the Eufy S220, and, a couple of EufyCam 2C Cameras. Quite pleased with them so far.

Finally got round to sorting out my new internet setup. It's a bit of a mish mash with four wireless networks due to some finicky bits of equipment but I'm now getting excellent speeds on my phone.
