im really glad ive got my trainer to spin and stop the old legs atrophying

Didn’t work for the ride. 2.5 degrees and raining.
At least the ride leader had arranged hot soup on our return. Choice of chicken and sweetcorn chowder, leek and potato or sweet potato and coconut, with a selection of interesting breads. Yum! Think that’s where your luck came in
