Son has got a second Skoda. His Fabia is a track car, but had a 320d Touring for towing etc. That died a month or two back so he bought a Superb Estate 4x4 L&K - very nice inside. I did say he'll need to protect the beige leather from his oily clothes.

3 times in 5 years. OMG. My 'van' is washed weekly.

I arrived at 09:15, they took it in at 09:30, & was on my way by 10:00

Their ‘health check’ stated
F = 3mm
R = 6mm

I do need a new ‘wheel key’, as before starting, the chap came to me, showing me that it was a bit chewed on some ‘splines’
That said he did manage to change both

I bought a quartet of new wheelnuts from 'GSF' (in Castleford), for about £12
I ought to have tried the lock-nut tool first, as all 4 came away easily, with an 18" bar & appropriate socket
Perhaps the tyre-fitter meant if an impact-wrench' was used? (or as the Aussies call it, a 'rattle gun')

I will paint the new nuts, as the 'cap-covers' from the lock-nuts are too big
