The start of summer?

Did a cycle this afternoon in the sun, was nice! Wind wasn't, but it was nice to be outside and enjoying it,

I managed 54 miles on Sunday, really warm but hideously windy.

Made the distance feel twice as long......

Lovely weather here the last couple of days, I think it is time to buy some shorts and short sleeved tops though

Got home this evening and opened the front door. Amazingly my mother was complaining about it being cold!

I have turned my heating off and will not turn it on again until October

Yes it must be summer; today we had 50 mph winds and heavy rain. Tomorrow the winds are back again, with even heavier rain. One consolation, the temperature was a balmy 10C. I've hardly been out on the bike this year thanks to our weather, and a good dose of man-flu. Rapidly losing my cycling mojo and better get it back quickly before the fitness disappears completely .
