I think you've been very patient if I were you in a position where I needed the car & it was an option on my policy I'd be onto my insurance company suggesting breach of contract

pick up courtesy car Friday morning, and then an appointment with the assessor to look over my car Friday afternoon, im dreading seeing it after what the police told me

only entitled to courtesy car once it is with the authorised repairers , or if it was never found, then after 21 days

It's a total write off. Got courtesy car hounding I 10 this morning probably have it a couple of days .once garage notify my insurance it's a total loss then it has to hold back

no one else involved, the guy at garage said if he hadn't had a seat belt on then the airbags wouldn't have activated, he would have a lot worse that the broken nose and ribs he currently has.
