Sending my rather decrepit, 1967 Hasselblad camera back to Hasselblad in Sweden (as advised) to be fixed and also have an over all overhaul, as it needs just about everything seen too!!

It will be bloody expensive though, so I hope to save up and have a holiday over there at the same time.

Not got time to restore , maintaining will be enough !

I have seen a very nice RIB with a 225 horse 4 stroke.
Just do it mate . Life is too short to not play about with boats :becool:

I played with boats 35 odd years ago, the last being a nice classic Doughty Turbocraft.

T= Thousand

Went from there to 30 years of windsurfing and Laser sailing.

Nothing but money pits boats are from what I've heard.
The 2 best days of a persons life. The day they buy their boat and the day they sell it.

Based on the money I could spend on a bike , I can have a lot of fun on the water. Lying on cold Tarmac wondering if your collarbone is broken as it really fecking hurts makes you put things in perspective. Being told you are extremely lucky and to enjoy life wakes you up. So why the feck not.

Only if you have the money, but yeah, if it floats yer boat (pun intended) then so what?

Funny point, I got injured more often behind boats than I have so far on bikes.

I agree with you about time running out.
