Ah, but how tall are you, Phil? Globalti and I are about 1.86 m/6' 1" tall.

5'10". I recall being told I was "borderline underweight" when I last had a BMI check quite some time ago. I'm a lot fitter, healthier and about 5kg lighter than I was then.

I did the Brighton naked bike ride last year and im doing it again this year....bloody hilarious!

I'd save the weight of the water... over-rated, and don't forget to evacuate your bowels and bladder before every ride . Induced vomiting can save wight too. Do we really need the fourth and fifth fingers and toes, or spleen + appendix.... That should do it.
