Too windy to ride so what you all doing

Took my Scout and Beaver for a litter pick by the river in the snow showers and wind. I was disgusted by the amount and variety of detritus we found.

I wasn't too worried about the wind this morning, it was the heavy snow showers and bitter cold temperatures that made me cancel my ride, that and the good weather forecast for Monday. Instead I drove to the cafe and took my Good Lady with me, so we had breakfast and a browse round the garden centre, Palmer's in Ullesthorpe, now I'm settling down to watch the rugby.

A little time on the turbo with snow showers dancing outside.FA Cup day today,Swansea v Spurs,Then Prem game Liverpool v Watford finished off by Man Utd v Brighton.Going to have square eyes by the time the last game has finished.

An hour & half on the turbo in the garage, probably my longest session yet, but toes were starting to get rather cold, so inside thawing them out now. Other than that its a lazy day with the laptop in front of the fire with radio on & maybe out to re-hydrate this evening

Is the cafe any good? I've ridden by it loads of times and never stopped.
