You've had to give those sizes in millimeters which proves my point.
If you had said 26 inches then we wouldn't have known which one of five different sizes that you meant. 559 is the most common but the others are still in use, particularly 590mm. And just to confuse things a lot of bikes use 584mm tyres that are described as both 26 and 27.5 inch tyres.
You would also have had to say 28 and 29 inches instead of 622mm. Both dimensions in inches are used for a rim with a 622mm bead diameter.
