You've had to give those sizes in millimeters which proves my point.
If you had said 26 inches then we wouldn't have known which one of five different sizes that you meant. 559 is the most common but the others are still in use, particularly 590mm. And just to confuse things a lot of bikes use 584mm tyres that are described as both 26 and 27.5 inch tyres.
You would also have had to say 28 and 29 inches instead of 622mm. Both dimensions in inches are used for a rim with a 622mm bead diameter.
But if I walked into a bike shop and asked for 26" tyre or a 700c tyre I would have come out with those two sized tyres!
People, including many members of the owners club, who pronounce Moto Guzzi as Moto Guzee and not Moto Gutzee.
I often ask them if they every go out for a pizzer.
Ebikes with no stand. This turns a very expensive and unwieldy object into a very expensive and unwieldy object that we have to hold upright while maneuvring the shop stands underneath.
Slogans that are clearly made by someone who didn't think. There was a sticker on a bike today that said
"Tolerance has no limits"
Yes, yes it does. Arguably the very concept implies limits.
I'm not sure if it's more annoying that someone thought that was smart enough to out on a sticker, or that someone else thought was impressed enough to put it on their bike.

Sounds like a case of things meaning different things in different environment
If it is on a bike or plane - then it has an engineering type context
If it was used in a talk in a Church about helping people
it would sound better
which I suspect if the context it was intended in
(not as funny that way though!!!)

Muttering shut up and get to the point at an online help video when manufacturers can't be bothered printing an instruction booklet, in the hope that Rambling Rose will stop droning on, and cover whatever you're looking for.
