TV series/Sitcoms you have never seen

We all have 'well known' things on the TV that we have ever actually watched, and I had one until recently when, out of curiosity, I got a DVD set of Cheers series 1. Seems to be reasonably funny with some great one liners.
(M.A.S.H. is something else I have never watched).

You'll have missed 'The Phil Silvers Show' and 'I Love Lucy' as well then?

I don't think I've watched anything on Channel 5... ever. What sort of programmes do they show?

Soft core porn, Steven Seagal movies and 10,000 BC...which is the most amazingly pointless thing ever broadcast - great TV though - one of the only things I acually tune into regularly...oh and Top Gear...still waiting for Stig to be unvailed after all these years

Woody Allen's early films from the 1970s were extremely funny...Play It Again Sam, Sleeper, Love and Death etc.

My favourite lines...

I never got round to watching Nightingales either but have bought it on DVD so I'm planning a nice sunday's viewing, when it's raining.

Nightingales is well worth the time, although I'd forgotten the surprisingly dark ending the last time I watched it through.

Although I like to go out and play at the weekends, there is a lot to be said for a wet Sunday, a DVD box set and a bag of toffees. Nightingales is on the top of the 'wet Sunday' list. We are both looking forward to it.

Haven't seen it either, I figure I might bother when it's finished.
We are limited to Freeview, so there's some series we haven't watched. Would like to see True Crime, feel it might be worth giving Breaking Bad a go, although I could never get in to The Wire.

Interesting that since the first photos of Jason Momoa as Aquaman were put out, people have been banging on about his part in GOT. Hang on !..he was Ronin Dex in Stargate Atlantis for four years!.

Thinking on it I've seen episode one of season ?three? because I was at a friends place in California last spring on GoT night and it was the season premier. I vaguely remember standard fantasy fair with a lot of naked flesh. I think someone got stabbed.
