I just tried this (in a browser, created a RWGPS free a/c, created route, tried assorted export / synch options) and it invariably says that you need a paid subscription in order for the route to feature 'Notify before turn'. This appears to be... a little misleading since, when the route is on the head unit (Wahoo ROAM V2), it does have turn-by-turn navigation. I infer that these turn-by-turn cues are being created by the head unit; after all, it can do turn-by-turn having created a route itself, so it would be surprising if it could not import a file and add turn-by-turn instructions to it. I suspect that what you *need* a paid RWGPS subscription for is various things that RWGPS can add, such as 'custom' waypoints, points of interest, 'custom' cues. Those are undeniably useful, but not essential for turn-by-turn.
