All my cycling and running gear goes in the washer on a short cycle (30 mins) with max spin speed a small amount of non bio powder no fabric conditioner then drip dry on a clothes airer or the washing line in summer.
Non bio less damaging to the fabric, less chemicals and bleaching agents? And much less irritating to skin IME...why non-bio? Because of the temperature, ecology or something to do with the clothes?

The primary reason is thats whats in the box of washing powder...why non-bio? Because of the temperature, ecology or something to do with the clothes?

Are they Lycra? Maybe check with your mum first?Ok, so bio won't damage the clothes. I'll put in a load now then.
