@T4tomo just be cautious of under eating.

No danger of that - my programme calls for lots of protein. We're following a proper plan, not making it up as we go along.
A couple more lbs off, so now under the 12 1/2 barrier a smidge under 12st 6lb

Good call on the lollies - although I think I'd need to be wary of the sugar..
Do be wary of sugar, it spikes your insulin levels which then makes you hungry again a bit later, your body says "ah sweet stuff" give me more. I used to eat 4 or 5 sweets in the car on the way home and I'd get in and feel starving.

A glass of water or cup of tea / coffee / mint tea etc is better, carrots and plain nuts good too if you have to snack solids.

Since I was disgnose with Coeliac and had to go on a gluten free diet I have had even more sugar cravings than I had before

which is a problem

not helped by a concept at the start that anything I could eat was OK
which got me through the first few months but sort of trained my mind to expect some things that I need to cut down on
