@T4tomo just be cautious of under eating.

No danger of that - my programme calls for lots of protein. We're following a proper plan, not making it up as we go along.
A couple more lbs off, so now under the 12 1/2 barrier a smidge under 12st 6lb

Good call on the lollies - although I think I'd need to be wary of the sugar..
Do be wary of sugar, it spikes your insulin levels which then makes you hungry again a bit later, your body says "ah sweet stuff" give me more. I used to eat 4 or 5 sweets in the car on the way home and I'd get in and feel starving.

A glass of water or cup of tea / coffee / mint tea etc is better, carrots and plain nuts good too if you have to snack solids.

Since I was disgnose with Coeliac and had to go on a gluten free diet I have had even more sugar cravings than I had before

which is a problem

not helped by a concept at the start that anything I could eat was OK
which got me through the first few months but sort of trained my mind to expect some things that I need to cut down on

I am currently visiting my sister in Devon. I have four or five two-week holidays a year down here. I am very pleased that this is the case but it is a big chunk of the year when there are lots more treats in the house than usual...

I do a lot more than my average weekly cycling distance when here, but I think that I eat more than enough extra to compensate for it!

I am stuck around the 80-82 kg mark and don't like the roll of fat round my waist that comes with it. I must learn to resist the bag of luxury dark chocolates in the Devon fridge...

Its the processed carbs and sugars that will do you in Colin. Try just not having spuds / pasta/ rice/ bread etc with your evening meal. Just have the protein and veg.

There must be protein in chocolates...!

I normally do eat vast quantities of veg and not huge amounts of carbs, but I reckon that I only eat about 50% of the amount of protein that I should.

I must cut right back on 'treats', especially when I am down here. I normally have just one square of 85% dark chocolate a day, which I think is healthy. Unfortunately, I have drifted back into the habit of adding a cereal bar every evening. Those are probably more than 50% processed carbs!
