Unless I have my clip on saddle bag, in which case the cleat covers and food go with whatever else is in there.

At the moment when commuting, just the phone and handkerchief (absorbs the sweat and keeps the phone dry) as everything else goes in the Humvee shorts pockets or everything goes into a backpack when used. When out in bib shorts, phone in the centre pocket, food in the left one and keys/cash in the right one.

At other times all three pockets can be used to carry emergency supplies...

Small wallet with card, money and house keys, phone, small lock for cafe visit, tyre levers if riding the Dolan with the teensy saddle bag. If its Winter add to that arm warmers (if not on already) and rain jacket.

Just a handkerchief. I really dislike putting other stuff in my pockets. Stuff goes in a wedgie bag or storage bottle, and the mini pump has a frame mount.
