What do you remember being invented?

I remember when the bagged/washed/chopped/all the same size fruits and vegetables was invented: before you could only get the stuff dirty from the farms, also they had to be sold by weight because no two apples were the same size. I also remember when the supermarkets introduced garlic and olive oil to the masses

I remember when night time TV first came on

Breakfast TV! That sectional-sunrise logo the BBC breakfast tv had. Frank Bough.

Who remembers the late night "red triangle" Channel 4 programmes? Not that i ever stayed up to watch them on my portable TV in my bedroom you understand
