I bought zero, ten, or twenty TPU tubes on AliExpress!

I usually uses carb drink (with caffeine) but I've found a quite often this summer I've been using electrolyte tabs and I'd ran out so I ordered some more.

Although is it false advertising with regards to carbohydrates

It is within the margin of error, and I imagine it is likely to be cellulose used to stabilise the formulation, so for practical purposes it is zero.

I also bought these!! My club don’t drink or eat much even in the heat & I watch them die as I keep fueling like a pro.

I didn't actually buy them today bit they came today, a new pair of kicks. My old (size 43.5) Sidi's were a little too close after chemotherapy changed my feet 6 years ago (tbh I should have changed them then but I actually liked the glove like fit and never had discomfort and having the toe vent closure was good for me). So when a minor spill broke off the top of the sidi (BOA esk) closure I replaced them with (size 44) Sidi Sixties which had the same vent. They came today.

I lost the little plastic widget that holds my front light. Evan's had replacements in a sale £1.50. I ordered one, they sent me a mount for a handlebar bag. I could send it back but for £1.50 it would cost me more in postage so I just through it in the bin.

A new set of V-brakes , the old one broke a spring, I had a pr of cantilevers, but no straddle cable to fit, by the time I factored the costs I volved ,I might as well just buy a new brake set complete with pads!
Alright not super duper quality , but it's only for the 'pub' bike ,cum service bike for general purpose.
And a 500A tyre for my Peer Gynt, the old one is cream crackered , it's so old it's stuck the rim, so it's no good, I only hope the 37 mm tyre width will be ok, meantime ,I'm still on the look out for a pukka 28mm size width,

Post a picture of the product - I might have one.

Not exactly ‘for the bike’. But: my latest BMX Freestyle related magazine arrived from the USA today.*I’m trying to collect as many different titles from 1984-1989 as I can. **This is when I rode Freestyle bitd.

This latest one gets me to 14 different titles. Not a cheap exercise to date; but the chase is fun. And the memories are after all - priceless.
