SKS Velo 55 mudguards (20" wheels) for my ID9. These are aimed at kids' bikes, but only 15 quid. I got a cheap Chinese set a couple of years back but couldn't fit the front as the stays didn't fit the disc brake fork. These don't come with stays and the idea is they're rigid enough as is.

Aiming to fit just the front as the existing rear is fine, though I could well revisit that decision if they look badly unmatched. The existing set are gloss black and these look matt. If I do I'll investigate a bodge solution with the existing stays on the rear.

A cheap and cheerful external lockring. Hope sell theirs at £15 a piece, I paid around £6 for this generic one.

As per my previous thread on shorter cranks, I have bought a pair of 160mm 105 cranks. Arrived today and installed, will give them a spin over the next few days.

My main fear is that all my bikes have crank based power, if I find the 160mm really help my back I am in trouble financially! 😂

A new thru axle skewer for the Spa elan. I Managed to round off the Allen bolt on the old one! The hardest part was working out the length, diameter and pitch needed so in the end I called Spa.
