Here in Thailand 24" wheels are very common. Have them on drive wheels of my trike and LWB recumbents
Interesting ! A first venture in 24” for me….
When I amassed a ‘huge’ fleet of BMX bikes after getting back into it (13 bikes at one point - because ‘everything’ was bright, shiny and appealing 😁)…..it became obvious I need a plan, a ‘reason’ and quite frankly some space. Not much point owning - if you can’t get around it, work on it - and get it out to ride it !
So……this is the last part of my Puzzle:
I have a Mid-School 20” wheel BMX - which is a fully kitted out super-strong Freestyler; with Gyro and all the toys.
There’s then an Ultra modern 22” real World rider. This one has lots of Titanium parts - and is a perfect riding tool.
And now I’m adding a 24” *Old School looks / New School Tech - Cruiser in my favourite Chrome. Ideal for Sea-front Ice cream rides…….
This is my first 24”, my first ‘Cruiser, my first USA made bike, my first ‘Heritage’ type bike - remade in recent time with modern materials, Geo, bearings sizes etc.
So I’m quite excited 😁
