And I have been known to go scrumping as well when I have the munchies. I know of various apple, plum and fig trees lurking in the hedgerows.

Soreen malt loaf is my snack of choice , I prefer slices off a loaf rather than the individual mini loafs . Do carry some emergices gels an Sis multi pack of 7 probably last me 3 months . Have occasionally had to resort to @Supersuperleeds emergencies chocolate which come out of his saddle bag in a battered condition ( his butler must have been off on those days )

Even if I am not out for long I’ve taken to carrying a bottle of water just in case, It is not necessarily for rehydration, I had an off on a roundabout a few weeks ago and realised that two bottles of Isostar were no use for washing the gravel out
I've just had a look at my emergency supply........
