Whats going on with white van drivers

I had a close pass from a white van today. I didn't get it's registration but it had fluorescent blue and yellow rectangles on the side.

Blue & yellow or black & yellow?

My, "white van", belongs to the company and has big red letters telling me where we're from. So I'm very careful, and considerate of other road users because I don't get paid much but it's a job and I'm liking it!
