I shaved off the white bits on my chin. I thought I might go for the mutton chops look.

If that does not work, you can get beard dye these days.

Definitely not growing a beard .
Old school, shave every morning even if I am going nowhere.

Kind of gave up on ironing though.

Judging your grammar.
I've grown a few sort of beards over the years. Not long ones, just a couple of weeks growth. The worst part for me was the shaving it off. Even a new blade hurts!

This fellow (Roy Keane well known ex football player, for those who don't know) seems able to go from clean shaven to the one below,in the same time i took to get a 'sort of beard'.

He looks like he has eaten a badger and left the bottom hanging out.

I grew back a beard during chemotherapy so I didn't risk haemophiliac cuts so other than trim it post chemo I've left it on. Its faster in the morning when I had to rush out to commute anyway. Now I've got plenty of time in the morning I've no inclination to remove it :okay:
Serious question, which is never easy for me - does chemo not make beard hair fall out, or is that just scalp hair?

There's hundreds of different types of chemo. Mine for bowel cancer particularly targeted my nerve endings (particularly on my fingers and toes) as oppose to my hair follicles (I think the breast cancer drugs unfortunately attacks them).

I'm afraid my lockdown friendly mutton chops have been transformed into a 70's pornstar moustache. Boredom is a terrible thing.

It only takes me about three days to grow a full beard, I've worn them in the past but hate the itching. I generally shave most days. The little hair I have left was getting very tramp-like so last Monday I shaved that off as well. I look a bit like an inmate from a Russian Gulag at the moment.
