I have met:

Pronce Charles
Jim Davidson
The man who controlled Orville the duck
The Chuckle Brothers
Various Sportsmen who's names didn't stick.
Some of my colleagues have been on telly as part of documentaries about hospitals, I made an appearance in a couple of series. Does that count?
Mick Hucknall once crossed the road in front of my car at some traffic lights at 3am in a really dodgy bit of Sheffield.

Thats the end of my "famous people I have met" list.

I'm Laura Trott's dad. I haven't told her yet though.

I sat next to Laura Trott at a Revolution event a few years ago, and we had a chat as she is friends with one of my friends; she was eating pancakes and offered me some so I helped her out - part of me thinks that if I hadn't then she'd have gone on to becoming overweight so in some small way I have contributed to her success. @Dayvo was there as well. But he didnae notice. It was before she was famous tho, but then again he also asked me "who's that nobber in the Rainbow stripes?" as Ed Clancy rode past...

I went to school with Neil Ruddock, met Jim Davidson, Big daddy, giant haystacks, and pretty much most of the household names in wrestling from the 70's, my parents owned a newsagents in Dorking and sold tickets for the Dorking halls so got to know the wrestlers etc quite we'll. Also met Murray Walker and got my pic taken with him, I worked for Jan Francis doing her garden in the 80's (just good friends), delivered a fridge freezer to Christine McVie from fleetwood mac and now live round the corner from Samantha Janus.

I was also present when this trophy got damaged, although I had nothing to do with it being damaged, honest. However it may have hit my head at some point during the evening...
