Winter fleece?

Hi, I was about to start drudging through the various websites in search of a good fleece/ long sleeve Jersey to keep me toasty during the long dark winter. But then thought I'd be far better off asking you lot first…doh!

Can anyone recommend me something to get started. My needs are:

1) Comfy and easy to dry (overnight at home etc)
2) loose-ish fit, not baggy but I have really wide shoulders that give me a 46-48 inch chest and mean that most "tight" bike wear cuts under my arms or makes me feel really restricted (I like the cut of Endura stuff)
3) Bright colour, possibly even fluorescent
4) Around (or under) £40-ish.

PS, I looked at the Altura "Airstream" L.S Jersey and theEndura "Rapido" L.S Jersey ...any thoughts on these?

get something with windstopper fabric it is amazing, worth the extra imo. i wear reflective running vest over my jacket, enables itto be used elsewhere once washed it needs be
