I was born in bramley meade
The market, despite not looking it at all from the outside, is also pretty good. And one other thing bolton has going for it is its proximity to the fine city of manchester. Tend to think i'd think carefully about shipping out to the orkneys permanently. Not of course near anything.Aye the town hall remains as impressive as ever, and along with Le Man's Crescent behind it they're both still popular with film productions. The last one I can recall was in Peaky Blinders.
As for future destination's we have friends on Orkney so that's a definite on the list, but it's all pie in the sky whilst older dependant's remain dependant![]()
Possibly - see reference to mums fed guinness in the glory days of the NHS.Is that a fruity alcoholic birthing pool?

Named after, since they are British towns.Down a little rabbit hole .... I wonder what the most reused name is in the world? My guess (in the English speaking world) would be Richmond. Wikipedia lists 57 Richmonds including 3 in Michigan and 3 in Pennsylvania, and an additional 6 New Richmonds.
And which city should get the "credit"? I expect most of the overseas ones were named for Richmond Upon Thames, which was named for Richmond, Yorkshire.
And how many are Londoners and don't want to admit it?
Genuine londoners are pretty rare these days.
