I’m not sure I understand why you’d need to wear more than bib shorts, socks and shoes for Zwifting…

No need to hide your sensuality. If they start staring at you, just ask them don't you guys ever seen boobs before, well it's about timeI Zwift in our living room with family and the boys girlfriends in and out so anything that hides my moobs is all good😁
They like all sitting round and having bets how many times his knee clicks - better than X factorNo need to hide your sensuality. If they start staring at you, just ask them don't you guys ever seen boobs before, well it's about time.
We all have a ways to amuse ourself, that probably needs a few bags of popcorn and few bottle of coca-cola to wait when it's happen and how many times i guess, or something more British. They like all sitting round and having bets how many times his knee clicks - better than X factor
Aw shucks, it’s not available on All4, so I can’t watch it except on t’telly. Guess I’ll have to save my long ride for another time!9pm, it’s being shown on Channel 4 if you don’t have Amazon Prime.
I’m thinking of crossing off one of the medium-length Watopia routes, perhaps Big Foot Hills? Of course, the match might be over well before I’m finished!
You sir, are easily pleased 😁They like all sitting round and having bets how many times his knee clicks - better than X factor

Yeah, I didn’t get to bed until just before midnight, so I couldn’t face a 5am Zwift today (my boys get up at 6am so I have to do it earlier than that, or in the evening).Did anyone watch the tennis? I watched it with Wendy and the standard of tennis was amazing.
Yeah but as it was a decathlon, we want to hear about how the javelin and the 110 metre hurdles wentTook part in my first Decathlon yesterday, the Sri Chinmoy GO TRI event at Tockington School in South Gloucestershire.
It was a 2K run, 15K Bike, 2K Run edition with the run being 3 laps of the school rugby pitches before heading out on the quiet lanes to Pilning & back.
Due to covid the run started with each competitor lining up and going at 10 second intervals, due to my lack of previous time I started towards the back of the field.
The first run was okay with me running it at a pace of 5:27min /km, the first transistion was interesting, taking off the trainers whilst remembering to undo the laces, and then running across part of the field in your cleats to the bike mount line, where I slipped trying to get my cleats into the pedals.
The bike leg was on lanes I know well and is fairly flat with the exception of a couple of bridges crossing the motorways. I managed to pass quite a few other competitors during the bike section which was encouraging although my speed was slower than I expected !
The final transition was okay but I have to say I struggled on the final run, running it at a pace of 5:38min /km.
My provisional time is 50:59 which I'm pleased with for a first attempt and must say I'm looking forward to the next event.
Here is the Strava pic of the bike leg...
