this is the p race were I got dropped for 5 wpk . Hi Robert , I have been testing the 4iii all weekend , and it works great makes zwift smoother . I have not tryed outdoors yet coz it's been snowing . I got it from Ribble uk , it was reduced from 450 euro to 360 , then they are giving another 40 of when u spend over 300 euro . So 320 euro for a power meter for Shimano 500 is a good deal . And it has good reports and is supposed to read +_ 2% .
Got the same one. Do you know your power balance?

Blimey you guys have been busy on here over the weekend! Well done to Bob, Andy and Carl for doing the big race on Saturday :okay:

I'm definitely up for a group race with you guys as per Bob's suggestion, if I can get a couple of hours off of my ridiculously hectic junior football taxi duties one weekend!

I need to have more 60 mile rides maybe even weekly. The racing should hopefully build strength endurance in the latter portion of the race. I'm nearly finished my TR block. I will then add 2 races from Zwift a week and one trainer road workout.

Interesting. I'm wondering what to do after this TR block. I have a recovery week now to make my mind up.

I do It helps to know where you need to work on I might do the TT work out blocks to build up longer term power over much longer distances.

Yeah, but really difficult to find the time and motivation for those long rides. I decided to do Bkool thursday live chaingang races and maybe a weekly Zwift race and fill the gaps with sweetspot sessions until my midway test this christmas, but if I get the chance to do one of those long rides I'll take it.

My midway test is done here (if the weather allows it):

A great climb for testing FTP... just over 20 minutes.
