I've painted a nice big target on @Peter Salts back for Tuesday. Revenge will be sweet 😀Your w/kg in the last race wasn't far off Carl's (and higher than mine)

Love that the trash talk has already started
Just make sure to fuel while you're at it. You don't want to empty the tank just before the finish like on previous two occasionsI've painted a nice big target on @Peter Salt back for Tuesday. Revenge will be sweet 😀

I was going to say similar. I think Peter has the power to stay in the lead longer, it's now about race craft (wheel sucking) and being able to constantly surge and recover. Could be a fun ride TuesdayYour w/kg in the last race wasn't far off Carl's (and higher than mine)
Impressive, but I'd just round that to "1 mile"Getting the miles in at 5am. 1:01:07.
I’m looking forward to the race on Tuesday.
Hope I cope better with it this week, though. The start is a little late for me - I end up feeling wired for hours after and can’t sleep right. Felt like it had a knock on effect for the rest of the week, to be honest. Anyone else suffer with that after a relatively late race and got any tips?
Same here .. I prefer to race closer to 6/6:30 so i can shower, eat and chill a bit before sleep. But, good to get a big turnout so I'll always go with the flow. Like you I can sleep anywhere, any time, so once my body cools down I can get some decent kip.The time is a bit late for me too but I end to sleep ok. I have my tea after the race, watch TV and then end up being able to sleep about 11pm.
